Brigadier General Andrew M. Clark assumed command of NATO Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Force, which operates the NATO RQ-4D PHOENIX unmanned aircraft and conducts unified ISR operations in support of NATO and the Supreme Allied Commander Europe, in July 2022.
