Lieutenant Colonel Schade reflected on his time in command, highlighting the achievements and the unwavering commitment of his team. “It has been the honor of my career to have the privilege of command over NATO’s finest aviators. We accomplished incredible strides in the last two years, overcoming a determined adversary. You embody the very best of NATO.”
