Chief Master Sergeant Kenisea P. M. Wiley is the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for the NATO Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Force (NISRF) Sigonella AB, Italy. She is responsible to the Commanding General, NISRF for all matters including mission readiness, training, professional development, and effective utilization of over 415 joint and multinational personnel and resources. The NISRF mission involves the acquisition and stand up of NATO's first-ever organic Global Hawk RQ-4D weapon system tasked with conducting full-spectrum ISR Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination operations in support of NATO decision-makers, member nations, and SACEUR's strategic objectives. She liaises and coordinates with Headquarters Allied Air Command and SHAPE to ensure all command policies are implemented appropriately.
Chief Wiley entered the Air Force in September of 1997. Her background spans in various communication information systems duties at the squadron, group and major command levels. Chief Wiley has served as a First Sergeant, Inspections Superintendent and Career Field Manager for SAF/IG and her assignment history consists of bases in Washington, D.C., Illinois, Virginia and Nevada. She has also served overseas in Korea and the Netherlands and completed numerous deployments in support of Operations Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom and Inherent Resolve.
Prior to her current position, Chief Wiley served as the Senior Enlisted Leader, 36 Contingency Response Group, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
